Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty

We proudly offer a Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty on all Travelle Leather bags and accessories.

Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Faulty stitching

  • Broken hardware

  • Defective zippers

  • Structural issues caused by craftsmanship

If an issue occurs due to manufacturing or material defects, we will:

  • Repair your product, OR

  • Replace the defective part, OR

  • Offer store credit if repair is not possible

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Natural leather aging and patina

  • Scratches, wrinkles, or marks from regular use

  • Water stains or accidental damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper storage

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Third-party purchases or unauthorised resellers

Vegetable-tanned and full-grain leather naturally develops character over time. This unique aging process is part of the beauty of genuine leather products.

Warranty Claim Process

To request a repair or warranty evaluation, please contact our support team with:

  • Full name used during purchase

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • Brief description of the problem
