AtĀ Travelle Leather, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and stand behind every product we sell.
1-Year Limited Warranty
All our leather products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects
- Hardware issues (such as rivets, locks, zippers, etc.)
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Damage caused by items stored inside the bag
- Any modifications made to the product
- Products not purchased directly from our official online store
Repairs & Replacements
- We will repair your product whenever possible, depending on the availability of materials and parts.
- WeĀ can'tĀ guarantee an exact match in color or finish after repair.
- If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability).
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be received at our warehouse within the 30-day return window
- Refunds areĀ not available after 30 days
- You may receive a store credit or exchange instead (if applicable)
If Replacement is Not Available
- A store credit equivalent to your purchase value will be issued
