Do your bags develop scratches or marks over time?

Yes, this is completely normal with premium full-grain and vintage leather. Natural leather develops character, texture, and patina over time, making every bag unique. Minor marks and wrinkles are considered part of authentic leather aging.

Are your bags water resistant?

Yes. Our leather bags are designed with water-resistant finishes for everyday protection. However, we still recommend avoiding heavy rain or prolonged exposure to water to preserve the leather’s appearance and lifespan.

What kind of hardware do you use?

We use premium-quality brass and steel hardware, including heavy-duty zippers, buckles, clips, and reinforced fittings for durability and long-term use.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We offer a craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects, faulty stitching, broken hardware, and zipper issues.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal leather aging
  • Scratches from regular use
  • Water damage
  • Misuse or accidental damage
Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges for unused products within our return window.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Product should be returned in original condition

Do you ship across the USA?

Yes. We currently operate and ship only within the United States.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and seasonal demand.

Do you sell wholesale or B2B?
