Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on travelleleather.com. Our goal is to process and ship orders quickly, so cancellation requests must be made as early as possible.

Cancellation Window

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it has not yet been shipped. After this window, or once the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please include your order number and the full name used at checkout. We respond to cancellation requests within 1 business day.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Once you receive it, you may return the item under our Refund & Return Policy, subject to the conditions described there.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing errors, or where the billing and shipping information cannot be verified. If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email and refunded in full.
